Use:
In a bath full of warm water dissolve the whole package of 10ml of atopos spa bath and relax for 5-20 minutes. After the spa bath, don't wipe the skin ideally allow to dry naturally or gently wrapped in a towel.

Prepare the bath from one package of 10ml atopos spa bath, with extremelly dry skin you can use 2 packages on a bath. The water used for the spa bath should not be hot, just warm. Immerge in the water for 5-20 minutes, the bath can be used on the whole body skin, face or the scalp in that case you need to wash it again with a shampoo. Step into the water with clean skin. Do not rinse the spa bath with water nor with shower shampoo, on the contrary its working prolong with smoothe drying without any strong friction.
