After the New Year, people will be permitted to have up to 15 grams of marijuana. The proposal by the Minister of Justice Daniela Kovářová is based on the current judicial practice. Tolerated volume of the drug was not given a police internal tables, which are only indicative. So nobody really knew what actually is ''more than a small amount of drugs'' of the Criminal Code.
